Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of mefely.com and any purchase you make from Mefely. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products

All Mefely products are printed on demand. Product images are digital mockups, so slight variation in print placement, ink color, and garment shade is normal and is not a defect. Screen calibration also affects how colors appear.

2. Sizing

Garments follow the manufacturer size chart shown on each product page, which may differ from US retail sizing. Please compare measurements before ordering. Sizing mistakes are not covered by our return policy.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. We may also refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.

4. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, and text on this site are owned by Mefely or used under license. You may not reproduce, resell, or use our designs for any commercial purpose.

If you believe a design infringes your copyright or trademark, email support@mefely.com with details of the work and the listing. We review every notice and remove infringing designs.

5. Personalized items

If you submit text or artwork for a customized product, you confirm that you hold the rights to use it and that Mefely may print it for you. We may decline to print content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringing.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Mefely is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
