Mefely respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our customers to do the same.
Content you upload
When you personalize a product, you confirm that you own the photos and text you submit, or have permission to use them. We do not print content we believe belongs to someone else, including watermarked professional photos, celebrity images, logos, characters, sports team marks or song lyrics, and we may cancel and refund an order if submitted content appears to infringe someone's rights.
Reporting an infringement (DMCA notice)
If you believe that content on mefely.com infringes your copyright or trademark, email support@mefely.com with the subject "DMCA Notice" and include:
- Your full name, address, phone number and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe has been infringed.
- The URL of each page on our website where the content appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We review every complete notice and, where appropriate, remove the content within 2 business days and let you know.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same email address with your contact details, the removed content and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake.
