Shipping policy
Every Mefely item is personalized and made to order after you place your order. Orders are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand fulfillment partners, including Merchize, FlashShip and Printway. Depending on the product, your item is made at a partner facility in the United States or overseas, which is why some product groups have longer shipping times in the table below. Every order ships with tracking.
Estimated delivery time = processing time + shipping time. Both are counted in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays), starting after your payment is confirmed.

The same estimates are shown on each product page. If you ask us for a design preview before production, please allow 1–2 extra business days for the preview and your approval. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed.

United States
- Standard shipping: $6.99 for orders under $120.
- FREE standard shipping on orders of $120 or more (order subtotal). This free shipping offer applies to US addresses only.
International (Canada, United Kingdom, Australia)

International shipping time is usually 7–15 business days after processing. Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient. If a package is refused at customs because these charges were not paid, we can refund the value of the goods less the original shipping cost.
The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. We do not currently ship to countries that are not listed above.
Carriers and tracking
Orders ship with USPS, UPS or the local postal service of the destination country. When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take 1–2 business days to show updates. Orders with several items may be made by different partners and ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number; you are charged shipping only once. See our order tracking page.
Delayed or lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days after shipment within the US, or 20 business days for international orders, email us and we will reship your order at no cost. Lost packages are covered by our Refund Policy.
Address accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. To correct it, email us within 12 hours of purchase; we cannot change an address once production has started.
- Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address require a new shipping charge before we can send them again.
